Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and size exchanges. To be eligible, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once notified, you’ll have 21 days for your return to reach us.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

Refunds & Store Credit
• Full refunds are issued for items returned within the window above, processed to your original payment method.
• Store credit is available for items returned between 22 and 30 days after delivery.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item.

Exclusions
Final sale items, special offer items, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, simply email us at info@nopiselagrama.com — our team will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
