We ship worldwide from our Logistics center in Miami, USA. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged with the same care that goes into making it.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• United States: 3–5 business days (standard) / 1–2 business days (express)
• Latin America: 4–7 business days
• Europe: 5–8 business days
• Middle East: 5–8 business days
• Asia & rest of world: 6–10 business days
Please note these are estimates from the date of shipment, not from the date of order. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance in your country.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected service.
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $300 USD to destinations inside the United States.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order if you have questions about potential charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly with the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.
