Daniela Panaro
Daniela Panaro is the Venezuelan designer behind No Pise La Grama, a brand that blends elegance, modernity, and femininity in every piece. Born in Venezuela to Uruguayan parents, she grew up absorbing the cultural richness of Caracas, seeing the city through the eyes of her parents—foreigners deeply in love with the country. From an early age, Daniela was also influenced by Uruguay and Brazil: the rhythm of Brazilian music, boundless creativity, and the surreal color contrasts of the region shaped her aesthetic sensibility.
Her love for fashion began intuitively. Panaro recalls that at the age of four, after a tantrum over not being allowed to change her sandals, she decided: “Fine, I’ll wear these, but I’m not moving from here.” Her commitment to her style was so strong that at a party she ended up falling asleep on the stairs rather than attend wearing something she didn’t like. Since then, the way she presents herself to the world and expresses her personality through style has been her creative compass.
Her mother, an independent entrepreneur and a deeply present parent, nurtured in her a passion for originality and craftsmanship. On afternoons and weekends, she would buy fabrics and sew unique dresses at home, sometimes bringing Daniela’s own ideas to life. From an early age, Daniela learned that a woman could be multifaceted and whole: independent and elegant, determined, and destined to achieve both personal and professional fulfillment.
Trained in Caracas and at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, Daniela designs with the conviction that each line tells a story and that technique evokes emotion. Her style is distinguished by a feminine, contemporary approach, where volume, color, and fit come together to create pieces that are not just worn, but lived. Each garment is an interpretation of the modern woman: confident, poetic, and fully aware of her expressive power.
Today, her collections are presented in New York and Paris, establishing No Pise La Grama as a Latin American brand with global reach. A mother of two and a lover of creativity, Daniela combines her artistic vision with her signature optimism, discipline, and passion for execution. She has been internationally recognized as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum, attending Davos as a representative of Latin America, and serves as an ambassador for the United Nations Women’s Entrepreneurship Day.
Her life and work reflect a clear philosophy: fashion as a tool for women to express themselves, feel empowered, and achieve their fullest potential. Each collection invites women to embrace femininity with courage and to celebrate their individuality with authenticity and elegance.
